RFI Estate Management offers full in house service, including pool and lawn maintenance. Our services can be catered to suit your needs. Our goal is to prevent the problem before one exists. We currently service a wide range of homes from 3,200-25,000+ square feet. We take pride in making sure that our customers are satisfied with their properties at all times.

        At RFI, our approach to estate management is a single point of contact system meant to reduce the hassle and cost of dealing with local contractors while allowing our customers to live an undisturbed lifestyle. We want your home to feel like a resort where everything is always kept in its place and properly maintained. This is all done while reducing the costs drastically from your traditional property management or home watch business.

        We have cut out the middle man and reduced our rates by $20/hr for our annual customers in order to guarantee the best value for the service provided! We simply bill our customers for the hours we work and the materials we purchase at the agreed upon rates in your annual contract.
